Charles Jennings

Charles founded Stonehouse Corporation in 2012 with the objective of establishing the preferred private ownership platform for outstanding Australasian businesses. Stonehouse’s permanent ownership philosophy and fund structures are in conscious imitation of Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger’s Berkshire Hathaway.    

Charles began his career in operations, across several industries, and has also been a management and financial consultant. His background in business analysis and acquisitions was initially as a securities analyst, and later as a principal investor alongside the founders and managers of start-ups in Boston and Silicon Valley. Immediately prior to Stonehouse, Charles’s team created, acquired, and operated businesses of strategic importance for an ASX 50 company.

Charles has a passion for real-life business adventures and the distinctive culture found at Stonehouse and its subsidiaries. He holds a BA cum laude from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Harvard.
